Yes. We accept STL files from all major intraoral scanners including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Cerec Omnicam, and Medit. Send your scan file by email or upload link and we will confirm receipt within one hour during business hours.
We cover all London boroughs. Our regular route includes central London, East London, North London, South London, and West London. If your practice is on the Greater London boundary, call us and we will confirm coverage.
Call or email us with your case details. We will send you a prescription pad and collection bag for your first pick-up. From case two onwards, the process is fully streamlined.
No. We expanded our service range to cover the full prosthetic and orthodontic laboratory spectrum crowns, bridges, dentures, night guards, retainers, and whitening trays. Orthodontics remains our founding discipline, which means our attention to fit and material specification carries across every product.
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours for most appliances and restorations. Complex bridgework and full denture cases take 5–7 working days. We will confirm the exact timeline when you submit the case.
